this is a really stupid question, so please bear with me. I have a little doubt about the use of いい加 in this sentence.
あたしだっていい加減幸せ掴まなくちゃね。
The girl who says this is known for her love stories that fail one after the other, and she just found a new boyfriend. Another girl says she has enough of seeing her crying, implying that this relation is destined to fail too. Then the first girl says: "You're mean! I'm being serious this time! I deserve some happiness too!"
That's the point: what いい加 means in this sentence? 'A bit'? 'At least'? Something else?

As Julian said, the correct expression is "いい加減".
In Italian (because you are Italian, aren't you?) I would say something like: "sarebbe ora che anche io travassi la felicità!"
