This appears on the packaging of "Pimientos del Piquillo" (Piquillo Peppers) which are "enteros extra al natual"
PIMIENTOS DEL PIQUILLO (This would not be translated on the packaging)
ENTEROS EXTRA AL NATURAL (Premium grade, no additives?/ Premium grade, in salted water?)

yes, as you suggest, I think the "al natural" just means without added flavouring like herbs, garlic, spices, etc., but I think it might be omitted in English - "plain" would sound odd - and if there are other types the label would say "choice whole peppers with herbs".
Also, if they're "envasado al seco" they're not in brine, surely?

or perhaps "finest whole" or "Finest quality whole". I am not sure whether "extra" here is simply descriptive and unquantifiable or whether it's a specific categoiry. I see "extra quality" is used for these peppers in Google, but that seems pretty vague to me too.
