Je crois qu'il s'agit de la même situation mais pour un transfert bancaire qui impliquerait un ou des comptes qui n'appartiennent pas au domaine d'un projet. Je présume aussi que XX:XX représente la structure des comptes.

It might also be that the account is not yet functional (e.g. only just opened) or has been closed ... the "scope" in the programming script will be defined by certain values (could be that there are categories like "operating" or "dormant") and then they might use AND - OR etc. operands ... or that only accounts in certain currencies might be available for transfers.
