In the description of a building, it reads: "Piso segundo, por la calle XXX y sotobanco por calle XXX, con un cuarto exterior por dicha calle, un cuarto sotobanco por calle XXX con azotea en su primera crujía..." Thanks in advance for your help.

I can only find "sotabanco", which translates as 'attic' or 'garret'.
Perhaps they're referring to an 'attic room' but I'm only guessing.
