German term

Gemeldet-Häkchen

German to English Bus/Financial Printing & Publishing
This is from a manual about how to enter data about paper shipments. The whole phrase is:

Gemeldet-Häckchen: Erst wenn die Rechnung an Hand der Verbrauchsmeldung überprüft wird.

The best translation I can find is "registered little kludge", but I am fairly sure that this is not correct.

Thank you for your help,

Moabit

Typo for "Häkchen".
