MemoQ Blue "information" rectangle keeps appearing on curser

Hi

Using MemoQ, a blue rectangle containing the word "information" keeps appearing on curser, apparently randomly, preventing selecting text, instead turning text blue. Can anyone tell me what it is, how to select/deselect, how to do undo the blue text?

Mark Text mode Aug 13, 2021

This mode is used to mark text when you have doubts about it or want to highlight it with a purpose (e.g., ask you project manager, search Google for an unknown term at a later stage, say hallo to the editor/proofreader, etc.).
You could invoke this mode without notice by pressing and holding Ctrl + mouse wheel click.
You can turn it off by clicking the 'Mark Text' button on the ribbon, or pressing Ctrl+Shift+M, or pressing Escape, or by pressing and holding Ctrl + mouse wheel click... See more
