Source text - English Simply knitted pillow in novice knit stitch
The knit stitch and the purl stitch are both basic stitches. You can see the videos on our youtube chanel to refreshen up your skills. Scan this (QR code) for the online tutorials.
Step 1: Cast on.
Cast loosely on until you have about 55 cm width (this should be 42 stitches). The exact number of stitches is depending on the density of your work and your Zpagetti, I would recommend that you knit a couple of rows to test and see if you have got the correct gauche. The tension (gauge) will often be tighter is this is your first Zpagetti knit project.
If you need more stitches to complete the requested width add N x 3 stitches as we work to make squares of 3 x 3 stitches. The Zpagetti is elastic so with an 55 x 55 square you can fit in a 60 cm filling.If you have a smaller filling just decrease the number with N x 3 stitches.
Step 2: Knit until 55 cm.
Loosely knit a square in the chessboard stitch: 3 knit, 3 purl, 3 knit, 3 purl etc until you have finished the row continue this in the next 2 rows. In the 4rd row but change the sequence to 3 purl, 3 knit, 3 purl, 3 knit etc. Keep changing the sequenze after every 3 rows.. you will see that after the frist 6 rows the chessboard will appear. Knit until you have 57 rows.. You will now have 14 x 19 squares. Now check if you need to add 3 or 6 more rows to make an even squared knit work, if so continue. Cast of and make a second, similar knit piece.
Step 3: join both parts.
You can join both squares with the crochet slip stitch. Join both pieces with a Zpagetti needle using the pendulum stitch.. When you have joined 3 sides of the knit work. Put the filling in and finish the cover.
Tip: Use a washable cushion filling, this way you can wash the whole thing in one go. Dry flat on air.

Te recomiendo que hagas un par de vueltas para ver si tiene la tensión correcta. Ésta normalmente será más tupida si se trata del primer proyecto de ganchillo Zpagetti.
Si necesitas más puntos para completar los 55 cm de ancho, téjelos teniendo en cuenta que el número total de puntos debe ser divisible por 3. El Zpagetti es elástico por lo que en un cuadrado 55 x 55 cabe un relleno de 60 x 60 cm. Si tienes un relleno más pequeño, disminuye el número de puntos manteniendo siempre si divisibilidad por 3.
2o paso: teje hasta obtener 55 cm
Teje un cuadrado holgadamente a modo tablero de ajedrez: 3 puntos derechos, 3 puntos revés, 3 puntos derechos, 3 puntos revés, etc. hasta que termines la vuelta. Haz lo mismo en las 2 próximas vueltas. En la 4ª vuelta cambia la secuencia a 3 puntos revés, 3 puntos derechos, 3 puntos revés, 3 puntos derechos, etc. Ve cambiando la secuencia cada 3 vueltas . Verás que tras las primeras 6 vueltas aparecerá el patrón de tablero de ajedrez. Teje hasta que tengas 57 vueltas. De este modo, obtendrás cuadrados de 14 x 19. Comprueba si es necesario añadir 3 o 6 vueltas más para conseguir una forma cuadrada. Si es así, continúa. Cierra los puntos y teje otra pieza igual.
3er paso: une ambas partes
Puedes unir ambos cuadrados con punto enano de ganchillo o bien cosiéndolos en punto de sobrehilado con una aguja de coser Hoooked. Cuando hayas unido 3 de los lados, añade el relleno y termina la funda.
Consejo: Utiliza una cojín con relleno lavable. De este modo, lo puedes lavar todo de una vez. Seca al aire libre en posición horizontal.

belongs to me, but there is nothing to stop us sharing what is
yours', he did no work. Or to be exact, he díd not like killing
himself with work. When children slyly asked him,
'Mahmoud, why aren't there any cats where you come from?'
he would answer, '1 don't really know.'
It was his way of avoiding saying that cats, like him, liked to
be fed without doing anything-which is why there are none
to be seen in Upper Senegal. The land there is arid, and the
inhabitants erect their tents at nightfall and strike them at
dawn. An animal cannot live at man's expense when rnan is a
nomad. Like dings to like, it is said. But these two shun each
other. And any cat seen perchance in that country is a pitiful
sight.

Source text - English Pharmacodynamics Ketamine is a dissociative anaesthetic (Domino et al, 1966). Originally, the dissociation component refers to a functional and electrophysiological dissociation of thalamo-neocortical and limbic systems (Reich and Silvay, 1989; Haas and Harper, 1992). Later, the nature of the subanaesthetic ketamine experience has led to the use of the term 'dissociative’ in a more psychological sense referring to a feeling of dissociation of the mind from the body (Jansen, 1990; 2000a). Ketamine binds to the so-called PCP-binding site of the N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA)- receptor complex, located within the ion channel, thereby blocking the transmembranous ion flux. This makes ketamine a non-competitive NMDA-receptor antagonist. NMDA-receptors are calcium-gated channel receptors. The endogenous agonists of this receptor are the excitatory amino acids glutamic acid, aspartic acid, and glycine. Activation of the receptor results in opening of the ion channel and depolarisation of the neurone. The NMDA-receptor is involved in sensory input at the spinal, thalamic, limbic and cortical levels. Ketamine would be expected to block or interfere with sensory input to higher centres of the CNS, with the emotional response to these stimuli, and with the process of learning and memory (Bergman, 1999). Awakening from ketamine anaesthesia takes place at plasma concentrations of 0.64- 1.12 µg/ml (Reich and Silvay, 1989). Psychotropic effects have been described in the - 4 - 34th ECDD 2006/4.3 ketamine presence of plasma concentrations ranging from 50 to 300 ng/ml and with regional brain concentrations higher than 500 ng/ml (Bowdle et al., 1998; Oranje et al., 2000; Hartvig et al., 1995).

wake of World War II—including the
World Bank, International Monetary
Fund (IMF), and General Agreement
on Tariffs and Trade (GATT), succeeded
in 1995 by the World Trade

in place of protectionism.
