Bio

Born in Granada, Spain, I always loved books and films. Later I discovered I was easylearner of languages and I liked to mix with other cultures. So a bachelor's degree in Translation seemed made for me. During my studies I went to Greece with Erasmus scholarship where I learned about the Greek language and culture.

In 2016 I completed my degree and I did an internship as a translator in the School of History and Archeology of my university in Málaga.

I decided to study a master in literary and audiovisual translation, so I moved to Barcelona. While I was taking the courses, I worked in a wide range of positions (administrative aid in the airport, teacher and even shop assitant) while  I translated and make subtitles remotely and occasionally for a company provider of audiovisual services. Also, as I never get tired of learning new things and bring myself up-to-date, I took seminars and workshops in voice acting, project managment of translation, legal English, and so on.

Finally I got a position as a freelance translator in a dubbing studio and from then I work as an audiovisual translator. Always looking for job opportunities, fascinating histories and new realities to learn and translate.
