Through many years of language studies and freelancing in the sector I have consolidated my feeling for language and translation skills. The projects I've worked on so far range from journalistic, academic and literary texts to film treatments and subtitles.

Throughout my career I've translated various novels from English and German into Italian and collaborated extensively with the bimonthly magazine Eastwest, translating articles on global geopolitics from Italian into English and vice versa. In 2016 I co-authored a travel guide to Berlin (Guida alla Berlino ribelle, published in Italy by Voland), thus refining my skills in the field of tourism and travel writing.

Part of what makes my job as a translator fascinating to me is that it often requires delving into new topics, while devoting special attention to language. I'm always happy to tackle challenging projects, requiring me to familiarize with new material and the related vocabulary.
