- Sélection d’un porte empreinte de Schreinemakers® (selon la distance externe entre les tubérosités du maxillaire) et réalisation des empreintes primaires des arcades édentées à l’alginate (ou ici au silicone V-Posil®) de manière conventionnelle Figures 7>10.
- Détermination d’une pré-DVO Figure 11, en utilisant la technique d’harmonie du
visage de Willis : évaluer la DVR (seule position qui persiste chez l’édenté) à laquelle on soustrait la valeur de l’espace libre d’inocclusion (1 à 3mm, affiné selon un test de prononciation du « F » et du « V ») afin de pouvoir placer les futurs modèles virtuels en 3D.
- Enregistrement du pré-rapport inter-arcades grâce au Centric Tray®, chargé de Putty Virtual®. La patiente ferme lentement la bouche jusqu’à obtenir la pré-DVO déterminée Figures 12> 15.
- Une fois le mordu réalisé, replacer de nouveau le Centric Tray® en bouche et le fixer à l’UTS CAD® Figure 16: détermination de l’angle du plan d’occlusion par rapport à la ligne bipupillaire (une valeur est relevée au niveau de la vis frontale) et le plan de Camper (une seconde valeur est relevée au niveau de la vis latérale)Figures 17, 18.
- Le Centric Tray®, les deux valeurs de l’UTS CAD® Figure 19, 20 ainsi que les
empreintes primaires sont communiquées et envoyées au prothésiste puis intégrées au logiciel Digital Denture.
• Séance laboratoire n°1 • Conception des modèles virtuels et usinage des PEI
- Numérisation du Centric Tray® et des empreintes primaires par le scanner 3Shape D850® équipé de deux caméras haute résolution et d’une technologie LED lumière bleue (précision de numérisation : 7 µm ; temps de numérisation : 55 s).
- Saisie des valeurs de l’UTS CAD® dans le logiciel Digital Denture pour l’élaboration visuelle des aspects fonctionnels et esthétiques de la prothèse.
- Création des modèles virtuels Figure A. et B., tracé des limites sur le logiciel, comblement automatique des contre-dépouilles, puis conception des PEI surmontés de bourrelets en résine et de plaques occlusales 3D.
- Le prothésiste prévoit un volume nécessaire au placement du Gnathometer CAD®

- Usinage des PEI par le Zenotec Select Ion® (système de fabrication soustractive : forage à sec de résine PMMA).

- Schreinemakers® impression tray selection (according to the external distance between the maxillary tuberosities) and primary impressions of edentulous dental arches using alginate (or here, using silicon V-Posil®) employing the conventional methods Figures 7>10.
- VDO pre-registration Figure 11 using the Willis gauge technique of facial reference points: VDR calculation (the only measurable position in edentulous patients), from which the interocclusal paraprosthetic space measurement can be defined (1-3mm, fine-tuned using “F” and “V” pronunciation test) in order to situate the future virtual models in 3D.
- Registering the preliminary interarch report using Centric Tray® filled with Putty Virtual®. The patient slowly closes her mouth until reaching the VDO pre-registered position Figures 12> 15.
- Once the patient has bitten down, the Centric Tray® is placed once again in the mouth and fixed with the UTS CAD® Figure 16 to determine the angle of the occlusal plane in relation to the bipupillar line (value measured at the frontal plane) and Camper’s plane (second value measured at the lateral plane)Figures 17, 18.
- The Centric Tray®, both UTS CAD® values Figure 19, 20 and the primary impressions are all transmitted to the dental technician then integrated into the Digital Denture program.
• Laboratory session n°1 • Creating virtual models and machining IITs
- Digitization of Centric Tray® and primary impressions using a 3Shape D850® scanner equipped with two hi-resolution cameras and blue-light LED technology (digitizing precision: 7 µm; digitizing time: 55 s).
- Entry of UTS CAD® data into the Digital Denture program for visual creation of the dentures’ functional and esthetic aspects.
- Creation of virtual models Figure A. and B.], tracing edges on the program, automatic filling of undercuts, then design of the IITs mounted with resin beading and 3D occlusal plates.
- The technician anticipates the necessary volume for fitting the Gnathometer CAD® Figure 22: the central support tool enabling registration of the centric relation (at the 2nd clinical consultation).
- Machining of the IITs using Zenotec Select Ion® (subtractive manufacturing system: dry drilling with PMMA resin).

Les spécifications ARM demandent une isolation au bruit aérien de 45 dB pour les bureaux cloisonnés, et les salles de réunion. Ces spécifications sont prises en compte dans le présent document. Vis-à-vis des circulations, des objectifs d’isolement sont définis selon les standards habituels : 35 dB entre salles de réunion et circulation, et 30 dB entre bureau et circulation.
Les spécifications ARM ne donnent pas de valeur d’isolement pour les autres types de locaux. Pour certains locaux comme les espaces collaboratifs, salles de pause, espaces récréatif et tisaneries, les spécifications AMR précisent néanmoins des moyens à mettre en œuvre pour limiter la propagation sonore vers les autres espaces.
Translation - English 5.3 Room-to-room airborne sound insulation
ARM specifications require airborne sound insulation of 45 dB for offices and meeting rooms. These specifications are followed in this report. For corridors and the lobby, standard soundproofing levels are targeted, i.e. 35 dB between meeting rooms and corridors and 30 dB between offices and corridors.
ARM specifications fix no exact soundproofing target for other types of space. Nevertheless, spaces such as the collaboration areas, breakout spaces, recreation areas and tea points are subject to ARM recommendations regarding what methods should be employed to control noise transmission to other areas.
