Experience My first major project was the localization of a World War I naval simulation for the small software company Storm Eagle Studios. Since then, I have worked several hundred translation and proofreading jobs for various translation agencies and gathered experience in many fields. The majority of these were legal texts of all kinds, like court summons, court orders, actions, patents, contracts and agreements, but I also did translation and proofreading jobs in the medical, engineering, human resources and general fields. I also performed proofreading of translated industrial standards for the German DIN institute. I have successfully graduated as state-certified translator for English.
As a German native, I mostly do translating from English into German, but I occasionally work the other way round as well.
