Hofmann gibt gegen Pasching Comeback
105 Tage nach der folgenschweren Verletzung im Auswärtsmatch gegen Ried steht Steffen Hofmann (Bild) vor seinem Comeback beim österreichischen Fußball-Rekordmeister Rapid. Der Deutsche hat seinen Innen-Seitenband-Riss im linken Knie überwunden und dürfte heute (18.30 Uhr) im Hanappi-Stadion gegen Pasching zumindest für einige Minuten zum Einsatz kommen.
„Ich habe dem Trainer gesagt, dass ich fit bin. Mit der medizinischen Abteilung habe ich gesprochen, auch von dieser Seite gibt es keine Bedenken", erklärte der Mittelfeldspieler, der im Juli zur Freude des grün-weißen Anhangs von 1860 München „heimgeholt" worden war, sich jedoch gleich in seinem ersten Auftritt für Rapid verletzte. Angst, dass auch sein zweites Comeback wie das erste enden könnte, hat Hofmann aber nicht.
