I'm an experienced (20 years) Spanish to English translator with a professional practice and an activist practice.
Professionally, I have ten years or more experience in each of the following areas:
- Academic texts (Social Sciences & Humanities, incl. Political Science, - - Archeology, Anthropology, Sociology, Literature, etc)
- Wine (all aspects)
- Environmental (incl. scientific, public policy, academic texts on biodiversity, climate change, pollution, waste management, etc)
Indigenous Politics and Practices

As an activist-translator, I enjoy translating texts on radical alternatives to the currently dominant global order and helping those working for change to spread the word. I'm especially interested in supporting indigenous struggles across the Americas.
