Source text - English DECLARATION OF TRUST OF ORIGINAL AND ADDITIONAL PROPERTY. The Trustee shall stand possessed of the Trust Fund upon, with and subject to the trusts, powers and provisions herein declared and contained of and concerning the same and the Trustee shall be at liberty at any time or times during the Trust Period to accept any money, investments or property of whatsoever nature and wheresoever situate from any person or persons or by will or by the provisions of any other trust or otherwise to the intent that the same shall be held by or on behalf of the Trustee as an accretion to the Trust Fund and from and after the date of such acceptance the Trustee shall hold the same accordingly.

Source text - Spanish No se debe soslayar que, con arreglo a la doctrina de la Corte sentada a partir del precedente “Ekmekdjian” el incumplimiento de una convención puede derivar tanto de la sanción de una norma contraria a sus cláusulas, como de que se omita legislar para hacerla operativa. Enseña Bidart Campos que, normalmente los estudios sobre controles constitucionales, enfocan casos en los que la constitución aparece conculcada por algún acto, es decir, por alguna actividad positiva infractora de la constitución. Pero que también existe otro supuesto; que se da cuando la Constitución ordena a un órgano de poder el ejercicio de una competencia, ese órgano está obligado a ponerla en movimiento y que cuando omite ejercerla, viola la Constitución por omisión, en forma equivalente a como la vulnera cuando hace algo que le está prohibido. Puntualiza que cuando la abstención del órgano de poder implica o involucra un daño o gravamen para alguien, ese alguien debe ser sujeto legitimado para impulsar a la justicia constitucional a controlar al órgano renuente en hacer lo que debe y que el mecanismo de control tiene que funcionar debidamente, sea para obligar al órgano remiso a cumplir la actividad debida, sea para que el órgano de la justicia constitucional supla la actividad omitida en beneficio del sujeto agraviado que provoca el control.
Translation - English IIt would be remiss of us not to mention that, as held in the “Ekmekdjian” leading case by the Supreme Court, breach of a convention may be the result of either the approval of a rule contrary to its provisions or the lack of legislation to bring such convention into effect. 7. Valuation Criteria.

The end value of property, plant and equipment does not exceed the realization value of said assets or the value of their economic use.
