Ich denke der C-view ist ein sehr gutes Tool für Screening; sie kriegen für die gleiche Strahlenbelastung, ehm, alle Aussagen die sie eigentlich brauchen. Sie haben die Tomosynthese im Hintergrund, und sie haben außer der Tomosynthese die rückgerechnete 2D-Bilder, die synthesierten 2D-Bilder die ihnen dann ein Bisschen Überblick geben ob was auffälliges ist, und sie haben Hintergrund da haben sie Tomosynthese. Wenn sie es jetzt vergleichen mit den Spot-view, es gibt mehreren Studien darüber, da sieht Tomosynthese gleichwertig oder besser aus als dem Spot-view; damit haben sie dann eine sehr gute Aussage und können die Frauen besser abklären, insbesondere im Screening weil da haben sie keinen Ultraschall zu Verfügung um es noch zu korrelieren. | Translation - English
I think C-view is a very good tool for screening; with the same amount of radiation you get all the statements you really need. You have the tomosynthesis in the background, and apart from that you have the backcalculated 2D images, the synthesized 2D images that give you a bit of an overview to see if anything stands out, and you have background there you have tomosynthesis. Now if you compare it to spot view, there are several studies about that, and then tomosynthesis looks better or equal to spot view; so you'll get a good statement and you can better clear the women, especially in screening, because then you don't have the ultrasound at your disposal to correlate it with. |
