This chapter is meant simply to provide an understanding of the characteristics of happiness and contentment. However as an appropriate opportunity has arisen, I very simple technique for ensuring hopefully a little bit of happiness is brought into your life during and throughout each day .because as we have seen happiness is relative. This means that at each point in time we become happy-in the same way a brand new car does- it begins to depreciate or decay as soon as you get your hands on it. There is a technique you can use to assist in maintaining a good feeling throughout each day. What you can do is to continually give yourself little shots of happiness or positive feeling at different points in the day. How can this be done? Due to the busy nature of modern daily life, it is most likely that you have a range of things you currently wish to achieve. These things can be social, domestic, pleasurable or otherwise in nature. Anything from, 'I must remember to repair my shoes', or ' find some quiet time for me so I can read the book', right up to, ' I must remember to contact my friend and ask how she is doing'. Some people store all these information in their head, while some prefer electronic devices and some people keep lists on paper. I am a paper list person myself. Of those who use list, some have just one long list and put stars or other marks next to the urgent items. Some prefer to group the items on their list under heading e.g.-calls, visits, written communications, purchases, social, bills etc. it may seem a bit long-winded and maybe a little strange that I am talking so much time to describe these methods in such details. There is a reason for that however I am trying to ensure I touch on the method that personally use, or if not at least one that you could find useful. Personally, I use three columns side by side on a single sheet of paper. The heading are 'urgent' , 'important' , 'to-do'. What system you use is not important, son long as it work for you.
Translation - Persian (Farsi) این فصل به منظور ایجاد درکی از مشخصات خوشحالی و خرسندی است. هرچند بنا به فرصت مناسبی که پیش آمده، تکنیک ساده ای را ارائه خواهم داد که به طور امیدوار کننده ای تضمین می کند که کمی خوشحالی در تمام و طول روز به زندگی شما آورده می شود. زیرا همانطور که ما دیده ایم، خوشحالی امری نسبی است، این به این معناست که در هر نقطه ی زمانی، ما خوشحال می شویم-مورد مشابه آن یک ماشین صفر می باشد-به محض اینکه دستهایتان را روی آن میگذارید از ارزش آن کم شده یا کهنه می شود. تکنیکی وجود دارد که شما بوسیله ی آن می توانید به بقای یک احساس خوب در طول هر روز کمک کنید. کاری که می توانید انجام دهید این است که دائما فرصتهای اندکی از شادی یا احساسات مثبت را در زمانهای مختلف یک روز به خودتان بدهید. این امر چگونه انجام می شود؟ به علت ذات (نوع) مشغول زندگی امروزی، احتمال اینکه شما سلسله کارهایی برای انجام دادن داشته باشید، زیاد است.این کارها می توانند اجتماعی، خانگی، لذت بخش یا هر طور دیگری در طبیعت باشند، هر چیزی از "باید یادم باشد تا کفشهایم را تعمیر کنم" یا " زمان آرامی برای خودم پیدا کنم تا بتوانم آن کتاب را بخوانم" گرفته تا " باید یادم باشد تا با دوستم تماس بگیرم که ببینم در چه حال است" . بعضی از افراد همه ی این اطلاعات را در ذهنشان ذخیره می کنند در حالیکه بعضی ها ترجیح می دهند از وسایل الکترونیکی برای این کار استفاده کنند و بعضی لیستی روی کاغذ تهیه می کنند.خود من از نوع لیست کاغذی ها هستم، از آنهایی که از لیستها استفاده می کنند، بعضی ها فقط یک لیست طولانی دارند و در جلوی قسمتهای ضروری ستاره یا علامت های دیگری می گذارند، بعضی ها ترجیح می دهند قسمت های داخل لیستشان را تحت چندین عنوان گروه بندی کنند، برای مثال: تماس ها، ملاقات ها، ارتباطات نوشتاری، خرید ها، دوستان، قبوض و غیره. اینکه من این روش ها را با این جزئیات توضیح می دهم ممکن است کمی پرگویی باشد و یا عجیب به نظر برسد، اما برای آن دلیلی دارم، من تلاش می کنم که مطمئن شوم دقیقا روی روشی دست می گذارم که شما شخصا از آن استفاده می کنید، یا اگر اینطور نیست حداقل روشی باشد که شما به مفید بودن آن پی ببرید. من شخصا از سه ستون پهلو به پهلو بر روی یک صفحه کاغذ استفاده می کنم.این عناوین "فوری" ، "مهم" ، "انجام شود" هستند. مهم نیست که از چه سیستمی استفاده می کنید، مهم این است که به کار شما بیاید.

These high investment-grade ratings are supported by several factors. Foremost among these is the prodigious strength of the government's balance sheet. The government of Abu Dhabi has little direct or explicitly guaranteed debt and it has one of the largest sovereign wealth funds in the world with more than $300 billion of assets according to the IMF's April 2011 staff report. Abu Dhabi has one of the highest GDP per capita in the world despite cyclical swings in oil prices and production. In addition, Abu Dhabi has a long history of domestic political stability and enjoys strong relations with its fellow emirates within the UAE, most neighboring countries, and the major global powers including the US.

We've already concluded negotiations on opening trade missions in Astana and Tashkent. The most suitable models for emulation are the Hong Kong Free Trade Zone, and special economic zones in China that act as economic incubators. Source text - English To ensure the law gets enforced properly, the International Organization for Migration and the Afghan Ministry of Hajj and Endowment held a roundtable discussing how human trafficking violates Islamic religious law. A total of 40 clerics from across Afghanistan attended the roundtable and went back to their communities with a new awareness concerning what human trafficking is and how to stop it. Counter-trafficking law enforcement used to have legislative constraints, but with the passing of a new law, trafficking in persons is legally defined and recognized as a distinct crime for the first time in Afghan history.
Translation - Persian (Farsi) برای اطمینان از اینکه این قانون به درستی اجرا می شود، سازمان بین المللی مهاجرت و وزارت حج و اوقاف افغانستان میزگردی را در مورد اینکه قاچاق انسان چگونه قانون مذهبی اسلامی را نقض می کند، برگزار کردند. در مجموع 40 روحانی از سراسر افغانستان در این میزگرد شرکت کردند و با اطلاعات جدیدی برای آگاه کردن مردم از اینکه قاچاق انسان چیست و چگونه می توان جلوی آن را گرفت، به اجتماعات خود بازگشتند. اجرای قانون مبارزه با قاچاق انسان با محدودیتهای قانون گذاری مواجه بود اما با تصویب قانون جدید، قاچاق انسان به صورت قانونی تعریف شد و برای اولین بار در تاریخ افغانستان به عنوان یک جرم مجزا شناخته شد.
