Preparation of test solution

3.2.P.3.5.1 Overview of process validation to be performed
The manufacturing process of the drug product applied at *will be validated on the first three consecutive commercial batches.
3.2.P.3.5.2 Objective of the validation
The aim of the validation is to demonstrate, through testing and documented evidence, that the manufacturing process will consistently yield product meeting its predetermined specifications and quality attributes. The manufacturing process is described in Section 3.2.P.3.3.
3.2.P.3.5.3 Validation strategy
During the process validation, a special focus will be put on the critical steps identified by the risk analysis performed. Corresponding parameters need to be checked and the tests associated to the risks need to be performed to assess the quality of product.
3.2.P.3.5.4 Sampling Plan and Test Items
To assess the quality of the manufactured drug product, additional sampling and tests are performed on the bulk suspension and then on the finished filled sachets. The sampling plan as well as the specific tests performed during the process validation are described hereafter.

Le dosage de l'ovalbumine est réalisé par une méthode immunoenzymatique basée sur le principe du "sandwich". Des IgG de chèvre anti-ovalbumine fixées sur la phase solide capturent l'ovalbumine de l'échantillon. Un second anticorps IgG de lapin anti-ovalbumine se fixe sur l'ovalbumine. Des IgG de chèvre anti-IgG de lapin, conjuguées à la phosphatase alcaline détectent le second anticorps.
La présence de l'enzyme immobilisée sur les complexes est révélée par incubation avec le substrat spécifique de l'enzyme en présence d'un chromogène (pNPP). L'intensité de la coloration développée, mesurée à 405 nm, est proportionnelle dans certaines limites, à la quantité d'ovalbumine présente dans l'échantillon. Une préparation de référence d'ovalbumine, dont le titre est exprimé en protéines, est dosée en parallèle. Un calcul utilisant une régression linéaire permet d'établir le titre en ovalbumine par rapport à la gamme de référence.

Присутствие энзима, связанного в комплексы, обнаруживают инкубацией со специфическим субстратом энзима в присутствии хромогена (pNPP). Source text - English One of the most notorious incidents of the largely guerrilla campaign against Britain in Ireland saw troops of the Royal Irish Constabulary (Black and Tans) open fire with machine-guns into a football crowd at Croke Park, Dublin (later claiming they were returning fire from Republicans). The incident left 12 dead and 60 wounded, and the bitter war continued until July 1921 (21 November 1920).

Source text - English In the sixteenth century the lands around Tully came into the possession of the Sarsfield family. It is highly probable that Patrick Sarsfield, the famous General, was born there, circa 1650. In 1900, Colonel William Hall-Walker, son of a Scottish brewer, purchased a farm at Tully, Kildare and started to breed thoroughbred horses. His remarkable success is the best tribute to his policies on breeding and management which have been described as ‘inspired’, ‘preposterous’ and ‘eccentric’. In 1915 he gave the Stud as a gift to the British Crown, who in return bestowed on him the title of Lord Wavertree. Tully continued as the British National Stud Company until in 1943 it was handed over to the Irish Government. In 1945 The Irish National Stud Company was formed to promote the interests of the Irish Bloodstock Industry, which it continues to do today.

The absorption and emission of radiation can be regarded as a result of interactions between photons or quantized electromagnetic waves and matter. The microscopic processes contributing to a radiative transition in gases are: (a) transitions between bound atomic or molecular states, called bound-bound transitions, (b) transitions from bound to free states of an atom or molecule, called bound-free transitions, and (c) transitions between two states of a free electron or ion, called free-free transitions.
A bound-bound transition occurs when a photon is absorbed or emitted by an atom or molecule, resulting in a change of quantized energy level of the atom or molecule.
Electronic transitions give rise to absorption-emission lines (electronic band) in the ultraviolet (from 10-2 to 0.4 μ), visible (from 0.4 to 0.7 μ), and near infrared (from 0.7 to 1.5 μ). Vibrational transitions are always perturbed by the rotational contribution, resulting in bands of vibrational-rotational lines (vibrational-rotational bands) in the infrared (from 1.5 to 20 μ). Bands of rotational lines (rotational bands) are found in the far infrared (from 20 to 1000 μ). In most engineering applications, except at very high temperatures, radiation is mostly due to bound-bound transitions.
When the absorption of a photon by an atom or molecule results in photo-ionization or photodissociation of the atom or molecule, the process is called a bound-free transition. Since the electrons or ions originally in a bound state arc free to take on any value of kinetic energy, the bound-free absorption coefficient is a continuous function of photon energy for all values of photon energy exceeding the ionization or dissociation energy for the atom or mole¬cule. The reverse emission process, called radiative combination, also results in a continuous emission coefficient.
