I am a Danish national who resides in the United States. I hold a law degree (Cand. Jur.) from Aarhus University in Denmark, an LLM from Temple University (Philadelphia, PA) and a J.D. from Rutgers University (Camden, NJ). I am licensed to practice law in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as well as in the federal system.
Upon graduating from law school in the United States, I worked for one year as a judge's law clerk. After completing my clerkship, I took a position as a litigator with a medium-sized law firm in Philadelphia, practicing primarily in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and employment law. Eventually, I moved to the insurance industry where I handled re-insurance claims.
In 2009, I began working freelance in the translation and interpretation industry. I have translated texts in the areas of law, consumerism and travel/tourism. I enjoy being able to use my fluency in Danish and English professionally. |
