Source text - English 4- Responsibilities
4-1) Depot is to provide Box Agent with the following online reports basis as per mutually agreed formats:
Gate-in Containers Released Containers Gate-out Containers Damaged Containers
If any container is returned to depot with any damage or label, thls should be reflected on the EIR of the container which is submitted to Box Agent.
4-2) Depot is to ensure that there are sufficient resources for handling of Box Agent's empty Containers.
4-3) The Depot Is to ensure that the Box Agent's empty containers are kept and stored in separate yard away from the other Box Agents' Empty Containers.
4-4) The Depot is to ensure that Empty Containers are released as per the release orders received from Box Agent, otherwise will have to compensate the probable damage may happen to Box Agent.
4-5) The Depot is to ensure that all the Containers are released or shifted to CY for loading on vessel on first in, first out basis. Otherwise the storage charges of the left behind Container(s) after the free time period will not be applicable.
4-6) The Depot is to accept the Box A9ent’s Containers as per thelr related Interchanges.
4-7) Releasing of empty Container(s) to Shipper or their legal agents, shifting of Containers to CY for repositioning on vessels or vice versa should be based on the instruction from Box Agent.
4-8) The Depot Is to inspect all arrival empty container(s) before off-loadlng from truck to ensure that the Container(s) is (are) in the same condition mentioned on interchange. In case of any damage other than what was mentioned in the interchange, the process verbal reflecting the details of the damage must be prepared by the Depot, to be forwarded to Box Agent in 48 hours. Otherwise the Depot will be responsible for the dama9e(s).
4-9) This Agreement shall in no way be subject to sale, assignment, transfer or conveyance, either in whole or In part, without the prior written approval of the other party.
4-10) The Depot is to ensure that the Container(s) is (are) remained safe and sound In the same condition they arrived otherwise will be liable for any probable damage(s) to the Container(s). In this case, if there will be no agreement between Box Agent and Depot on the repair cost, the decision will be made based on the inspection which is done by a reliable surveyor company.

4.1 دپو می بایست گزارش های زیر را به صورت آنلاین مطابق با فرمت توافق شده برای نماینده باکس فراهم سازد:
- کانتینرهای ورودی (gate-in)
- کانتینرهای ترخیص شده
- کانتینرهای خروجی (gate-out)
- کانتینرهای آسیب دیده
چنانچه هر کدام از کانتینرهای تحویلی به دپو یا لیبل ها هر گونه آسیبی دیده باشند، مراتب می بایست در EIR کانتینر که به نماینده باکس تحویل داده می شود ثبت گردد.
4.2 دپو می بایست اطمینان حاصل نماید که منابع کافی برای کار با کانتینرهای خالی نماینده باکس در اختیار دارد.
4.3 دپو می بایست اطمینان حاصل نماید که کانتینرهای خالی نماینده باکس در یک محوطه جداگانه و مجزا از سایر کانتینرهای خالی نماینده باکس نگهداری می شوند.
4.4 دپو می بایست اطمینان حاصل نماید که کانتینرهای خالی مطابق با دستور ترخیص که توسط نماینده باکس صادر شده ترخیص گردند، در غیر اینصورت مسئول خسارت های احتمالی وارده به نماینده باکس خواهد بود.
4.5 دپو می بایست اطمینان حاصل نماید که کلیه کانتینرها بر مبنای FIFO ترخیص شده یا به جهت بارگیری روی شناور به منطقه CY منتقل می گردند. در غیر اینصورت، هزینه های نگهداری کانتینر(های) جامانده پس از مدت زمان آزاد منظور نخواهد شد.
4.6 دپو می بایست کانتینرهای نماینده باکس را مطابق با معاوضه مربوطه بپذیرد.
4.7 ترخیص کانتینر(های) خالی به ارسال کننده یا نماینده های قانونی آنها، حمل کانتینرها به CY برای تغییر مکان روی شناور یا بالعکس می بایست بر اساس دستورالعمل صادره از سوی نماینده باکس صورت پذیرد.
4.8 دپو می بایست کلیه کانتینر(های) خالی ورودی را پیش از تخلیه از روی کامیون بازرسی نماید تا اطمینان حاصل کند که کانتینر(ها) در وضعیت مشابهی برای معاوضه هستند (که ذکر شده است). در صورت ورود هر گونه خسارت غیر از آنچه در معاوضه ذکر شده، پروسه اعلام جزئیات آسیب می بایست توسط دپو انجام شده و ظرف مدت 48 ساعت به نماینده باکس فوروارد گردد. در غیر اینصورت، دپو مسئول خسارت وارده خواهد بود.
4.9 این توافق به هیچ عنوان بدون موافقت کتبی طرف دیگر، قابل فروش، واگذاری، و انتقال، جزئا یا کلا، نخواهد بود.
4.10 دپو می بایست اطمینان حاصل نماید که کانتینر(ها) به همان صورتی که وارد شده اند، در شرایط صحت و سلامت نگهداری می شوند، در غیر اینصورت مسئول هر گونه خسارت وارده به کانتینر(ها) خواهد بود. در این صورت، چنانچه هیچ توافقی بین نماینده باکس و دپو در خصوص هزینه های تعمیرات نباشد، بر اساس بازرسی که توسط یک شرکت بازرسی معتمد انجام می شود، تصمیمات لازم اتخاذ خواهد شد.

Source text - Persian (Farsi) آب بعنوان یک عنصر تاثیر گذار در حیات بشر و کره خاکی می باشد بطوری که نقشی بی بدیل در حیات بشر و موجودات کره زمین دارد و زندگی وبقای هر جانداری بستگی به این عنصر بدون جایگزین است.
آب در چرخه عمران و آبادانی و توسعه بشر بسیار حائز اهمیت بوده بگونه ای که نیازمندی بشر نه تنها برای آب شرب و مصارف بهداشتی بلکه در کلیه صنایع اعم از کشاورزی، فولاد و غیره نقشی تاثیر گذار و تعیین کننده دارد.
رشد جمعیت و کمبود شدید منابع و ذخایر طبیعی آب موجب شد تا بشر به دنبال راهکارهایی جهت تامین این عنصر حیات باشد از جمله روی آوردن و بهره مندی از تکنولوژی شیرین کردن آب دریا و نمک زدایی است. همانطور که هر تکنولوژی می تواند آثار مثبت و فوایدی داشته باشد غالباً دارای آثار منفی و عوارضی نیز می باشد، بهره مندی از شیرین کردن آب دریا و نمک زدایی علاوه بر ان که موجب تامین آب شرب و مصرف بهداشتی و صنایع بشر می شود، می تواند آثار مخربی بر محیط زیست و سلامت انسانها و جانداران داشته باشد.
هدف از این پژوهش ضمن بررسی آثار مخرب نمک زدایی آب دریا و روشهای نمک زدایی و تاثیر منفی آن بر محیط زیست و اکولوژی دریا به دو سئوال نیز پرداخته شده است؛ اول قوانین و مقررات داخلی و بین المللی چه نقشی و تاثیر گذاری می توانند در حوزه سلامت و حفظ محیط زیست داشته باشند؟ دوم آیا قوانین و موازین داخلی و بین المللی به قدر کفایت در این حوزه توانمند هستند و نقاط ضعف آن کجاست؟
این پژوهش با پرداختن به این موضوعات در نوع خود نوآوری محسوب می شود ضمن بهره مندی از آثار نوشتاری مثل مقالات و مجلات علمی و پژوهشی مربوط به اثرات نمک زدایی بر محیط زیست و قوانین و مقررات مربوط به حوزه محیط زیست از طریق جستجو و بررسی اطلاعات در این حوزه به نتایج حاصل از پژوهش پرداخته و پیشنهاداتی نیز ارائه شده است.
Translation - English Water is an influential element in human life and the planet, and it has an irreplaceable role in human life and the creatures of the planet, and the life and survival of any living creature depends on this element.
Water plays a crucial role in the cycle of human development and progress, so that human needs it not only for drinking water and sanitation, but also in all industries, including agriculture, steel, etc., water has an effective and decisive role.
Population growth and severe shortage of natural resources and water reserves have led humans to seek solutions to provide this element of life, including turning to and benefiting from technology, i.e. seawater desalination. Just as any technology can have positive effects and benefits, it often has negative side effects as well. Benefiting from seawater desalination, in addition to providing drinking water and health for human consumption purposes, can have devastating effects on the environment and the health of humans and living things.
The purpose of this study is to examine the destructive effects of seawater desalination methods and its negative impact on the environment and marine ecology (Sea Ecology). Two questions have been addressed; first, what is the role and impact of domestic and international laws and regulations on health and environmental protection? Second, are domestic and international laws and standards sufficiently strong in this area, and what are their weaknesses?
This research is considered an innovation in addressing these issues, while benefiting from written works such as articles and scientific and research journals related to the effects of desalination on the environment and laws and regulations related to the field of environment through search and information review. In this area, the results of the research have been discussed and suggestions have been made.

کودکی مفهومی متغیر است که رابطه مستقیمی با محیط اجتماعی هر دوره دارد. جهان داستانی که از روزن چشم یک کودک بیان می‌شود و یا شخصیت اصلی آن کودک است، می‌تواند به عنوان یک جامعه، بستری مناسب برای شناخت کودک و مفهوم کودکی فراهم آورد.
علی اشرف درویشیان به عنوان نویسنده¬ای جامعه¬گرا و متعهد عمده داستان¬هایش مربوط به دنیای کودکان و نوجوانان و مشکلات معیشتی آنان است. او پیامدار دردها و رنج ها و آرزوهای ناممکن و اندوه‌های بی شمار و غصه‌های بی پایان بخشی از حافظه ی تاریخ معاصر ایران است.
درویشیان در اكثر داستان هایش وضعیت نابسامان حاصل از فقر را در جامعه مورد توجه قرار داده است.
در این پژوهش به منظور بررسی دوران کودکی و جهان کودکان در آثار علی اشرف درویشیان، یازده اثر داستانی از این نویسنده، مورد بررسی و تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.روش پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیل محتوای کیفی است و تلاش می شود با نگرشی مارکسیستی جامعه آماری تحقیق با دقت بررسی شود .
پس از تحلیل و بررسی داستان های مورد نظر دریافتیم که رویکرد کودک و نوجوان پیش جامعه شناختی و در راه اجتماعی شدن، در چارچوب الگوهای «کودک آزاری»، «کودک و فقر»، «مرگ کودک»، «کودک معصوم»، «کودک شرور»، «کودک کار»، «کودک و تأثیر جهل و خرافه» بیان می‌شود و الگوهای «کودک و گرایش به سواد آموزی» و «تأثیر-پذیری کودک و نوجوان از شرایط محیطی» در راستای جامعه پذیری کودک است که در داستان های درویشیان مورد توجه قرار گرفته است.
این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد مفهوم و دوران کودکی از جنبه های گوناگونی مورد توجه درویشیان قرار گرفته است اما توجه به الگوهای کودک پیش جامعه شناختی با توجه به جامعه ی آن عصر،در آثار درویشیان بیشتر است.

Translation - English Abstract
Childhood is a variable concept that has a direct relationship with the social environment of each period. The story world, told through the eyes of a child, or whose main character is a child, can provide a suitable platform for knowing children and the concept of childhood as a society.
Ali Ashraf Darvishian is a socially oriented and committed writer and most of his stories are related to the children world and teenagers and their livelihood problems. He is the messenger of pains and sufferings, impossible dreams, countless sorrows and endless grief which form a part of the memory of the contemporary history of Iran.
In most of his stories, Darvishian has focused on the chaotic situation resulting from poverty in the society. In this research, in order to examine childhood and the world of children in the works of Ali Ashraf Darvishian, eleven fiction works of this author were examined and analyzed.
The research method is descriptive-qualitative content analysis, and it is tried to carefully examine the research population of the research with a Marxist attitude. After analyzing and examining the stories, we found that the pre-sociological and toward-socialization approaches to children and adolescents are expressed in the framework of these patterns: "child abuse", "child and poverty", "children death", "innocent child". ", "wicked child", "labor children", "child and the influence of ignorance and superstition", and the patterns "child and tendency to literacy" and "child and adolescent influence of environmental conditions" are in line with the socialization of children, which have been paid attention to in the Darvishian's stories.
This research shows that the concept of childhood has been paid attention to by Darvishian from various aspects, but attention to the pre-sociological child patterns is seen more in the works of childhood with regard to the society of that era.

Source text - Persian (Farsi) امروزه با وجود دسترسی روز افزون به مواد جدید، قطعات فولادی همچنان پرکاربرد هستند. فولادهای زنگ نزن آستنیتی از جمله 316L AISI به دلیل داشتن خواص مکانیکی و شیمیایی عالی همراه با ویژگی¬های منحصر بفرد در صنایع پالایشگاهی، هسته¬ای و دریایی مورد توجه می¬باشند[1]. جوشکاری فرآیندی رایج برای اتصال و آبندی لوله¬ها و ساخت تجهیزات تحت فشار در صنایع مورد اشاره می¬باشد. جوشکاری به کمک لیزر در بسیاری از کاربردها نسبت به سایر روش¬های رایج جوشکاری قادر به تولید اتصالی با کیفیت بالاتر می¬باشد ] 2،3،4 [. این مزیت به خصوص در جوشکاری لوله¬ها و مقاطع جدارنازک مشهودتر است. مهم¬ترین دلیل این برتری تمرکز بالای انرژی بر واحد سطح و امکان خودکار¬سازی فرآيند نسبت به دیگر روش¬ها است.
کیفیت اتصال ایجاد شده با جوشکاری به کمک لیزر به عوامل متعددی از جمله نوع و نحوه پوشش گاز محافظ، مقدار تنظیم پارامترهای
پرتو، سرعت جوشکاری و نرخ سرد شدن جوش وابسته است. در این راستا محققین به جنبه¬های مختلف این فرآیند می¬پردازند. در ادامه تعدادی از پژوهش¬های مرتبط با این تحقیق بررسی شده است.
Translation - English Today, despite the increasing availability of new materials, steel parts are still widely used. Due to their excellent mechanical and chemical properties as well as their unique characteristics, austenitic stainless steels including AISI 316L are considered in refining, nuclear and marine industries [1]. Welding is a common process for connecting and sealing tubes and tubes and for manufacturing pressure equipment in these industries. In many of the applications, laser welding can produce a higher quality joint than other common welding methods [2,3,4]. This advantage is especially evident in the welding of tubes and thin-walled sections. The most important reason for this advantage is the high concentration of energy per unit area and the possibility of automation of the process compared to other methods.
The quality of the joint created by laser welding depends on several factors, including the type and manner of coating the shielding gas, the amount of adjustment of the beam parameters, the welding speed and the cooling rate of the weld. In this regard, researchers address various aspects of this process. A number of studies related to this research are reviewed in the following.

Justice Administration of I.R. Iran. I have translated more than 10,000 pages of
legal documents since 2017 on a full-time daily basis, i.e. 8 to 10 hours a
day.

of translation project management. I have been teaching translation courses in
some universities and organizations in Iran including "Translation of
Official Documents – A Basic Course" held in Islamic Azad University of
Bandarabbas.
