I have graduated from the university of Tampere May, fifth 2004. I majored in English filology with excellent grade.
My subsidiary subjects were the general linguistics of which I got excellent grade as well and the French language.
My native language is Finnish.
I am especially interested in structural, philosophical, semantic questions of language and I wrote my thesis on how I see causation is viewable in the English language. My grade was cum laude approbatur. I admire Anna Wierzbicka.
I admire several poets and my own poems have been published in literary magazines on several occasions. I am still waiting for the final break-through.
I am also interested in such practical matters as childrens´and students´ education. I have stood in for elementary school teachers. Though, what makes me even prouder is that in years 2004 and 2005 I took part in Sokrates/Minerva Programme on project E-Quality. This was a project which compared the universities´ education on net in several countries around Europe. My role was to be the editor of the material and the reporter on the video. The programme was financed together by EU commission and Tampere University. My employer was researcher Juha Holma who is willing to give his references. He gave me credit for independence and knowledge of the English language, among other things. What was also important in this project was to be able to make time for quick ´deliveries´. Juha Holma´s e-mail is [email protected]
You will find that I am an independent and conscientious worker. |
