Dear Tucker, Yes it also means Dispatch Boat in Spanish but the the last three meaninings given by "Dictionary.com' (multi-language meanings list) reads as follow:
Spanish: anuncio
Swedish: tillkännagivande, kungörelse, anslag
Turkish: duyuru, ilân
