Swedish term or phrase: versalgement
I think I have figured this out to mean with the inital letter in upper case and the remaining letters in lower case - am I correct?

Explanation:
It refers to what in English is generally called sentence case or proper case - See Wikipedia reference.
However, the term versalgemen is not an accepted Swedish term - see reference from The Swedish Centre for Terminology.
