I'm tripping up at the phrase "till minst 50%".

Is 50% a measure of the compensation one will get from this insurance when incapacitated for work?

Or is it a measure of the time period when one is incapacitated?
(That seems unlikely, given what immediately follows: "... i 30 av de senaste 36 månaderna".)

Or of the degree to which one is incapacitated?
(One has 50% of one's previous abilities, or similar.)

Alternative (less idiomatic in my opinion, but possibly not in yours): compensation is paid in the event of at least 50% occupational disability.
Remark: The other instances of minst 50% should also be translated as "at least 50%".
beslut om minst 50% sjukersättning = a decision that at least 50% compensation is payable due to illness.

The term "occupational incapacity", which I do not favor, is also used fairly widely. I do not favor it because it carries the connotation of legal incapacity, and also total disability (the latter being redundant in the present context).
