Swedish term or phrase: Excess elimination and excess insurance
I am reviewing a document that was written by a native Swede. He is referring to "excess" as in "excess insurance" and "excess elimination", which I think is a UK term. I am pretty sure that he is referring to the "deductible" in the US which is the amount the insured has to pay. Am I right on this?
