Swedish term or phrase: v. (abbreviation)
In a certificate of residency (Specialiseringstjänstgöring):

Under ST-utbildningen har xxxx tjänstgjort:
76v på sektionen för...
60v på sektionen för....
50v på sektionen för....
....

Does v stand for veckor?
And if that is the case, could the entire training have taken more than 250 weeks to complete?

English translation:veckor
Explanation:
In all my experience, I've only ever seen the abbreviation "v." used for "vecka/veckor", and so it must be in this case also. Although it may sound unusual, there are educations that take more than four years, and this one, at 186 weeks (not 250 as you suggest) would seem to last for approx. four and a half years, (assuming 40 weeks education/year) so entirely possible.
