neutral  Adrian MM.: Maybe in law: beneficial user or beneficially used vs. owned assets. As I've long argued, usufruct/uary (UK Solicitor client: 'what the *heck* is that?!' are Roman civil-law terms understood in places like Scotland & the US Am. (FRE law) State of Louisana

-> That is twice now, Adrian, that you have argued against a higher register. The first time, you worked for a central London company that thought "as long as it is not wrong", any register goes. Now a client uses foul language to defend his incredulty.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Tack så mycket.

Asker: I myself have honestly always translated it as you, i. e. "right-of-use assets". But I am wondering now whether Dean's version above is not better (usufructuary assets), at least shorter..)

Asker: I mean Paul's version above. Mixed up your names. Please, accept my apologies!

Asker: I canno find Swe IFRS 16 in Swedish anywhere. Do you by any chance know where to find them?
