Eigentlich geht es um die Datenschutzbestimmungen eines Unternehmens... Alle anderen Unterpunkte sind ja weniger heikel in der Übersetzung (viell. noch die sexuelle Ausrichtung) aber was mache ich denn am besten aus der "rassenbezogenen Information"?

En caso de que nos facilite información relativa a su ideología, afiliación sindical, religión o creencias, origen racial, salud o vida sexual, deberá reflejar por escrito en el campo "otros" del formulario que nos presta su consentimiento expreso para tratar esa información.
