Nov 1, 2022 19:47: neilmac changed "Level" from "Non-PRO" to "PRO"
PRO (3): philgoddard, patinba, neilmac
When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Solidarity economy or Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) refers to a wide range of economic activities that aim to prioritize social profitability instead of purely financial profits. A key feature that distinguishes solidarity economy entities from private and public enterprises is the participatory and democratic nature of governance in decision-making processes as one of the main principles of the SSE sector.[1] Active participation of all people involved in decision-making procedures contributes to their empowerment as active political subjects. However, different SSE organizational structures reflect variations in democratic governance and inclusive participation.WIKIPEDIA

unsupportive
I think it refers to the fact that the financial systems are unsupportive, not looking out for others, very selfishly just in it for themselves. It was quite hard to find references for this one.
In the image attached, the word 'unsupportive' is used to describe the financial sector, so the word 'unsupportive' may be used in this context.
I hope this helps.

neilmac
: I now prefer patinba's suggestion, although strictly speaking solidarity is a noun and solidarity-based is a bit of a get out. Apparently there is an adjective form (solidaric: Characterized by solidarity. ), but nobody ever uses it.

philgoddard
: This sounds like a negative value judgment, which I don't think is likely.

non-inclusive system of funding
Socially non-inclusive - rather than exclusionary in the Basque Country and Navarra - as low-income propulations are left out of the equation of contributions and access to healthcare.
Otherwise, nothing to do with joint and several financing - again, switched around 40 years ago to the vogue term of funding on the New York Stock Exhange and City of London - but rather with integración social = social inclusiveness.
