I feel the problem with the translation is just where to put "post-thrombolysis". From what I can imagine, the original first point might be trying to convey an inferior STEMI, as an acute diagnosis, while the third and fourth points seem part of the clinical history of the patient. Post-thrombolysis as second point must be related to the first rather than to the patient's history, and so without the Spanish original rendering I would read it as a post-thrombolysis inferior STEMI in a patient with (previous) ischemic cardiomyopathy and type 2 diabetes. But yes, we should read the original Spanish as is to clear this out... |
