monthly report on inquiries/enquiries Explanation: In practice, however, enquire, and the associated noun enquiry, are more common in British English while inquire (and the noun inquiry) are more common in American English, but otherwise there is little discernible distinction in the way the words are used. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 4 hrs (2020-10-16 03:44:51 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- works in your context IMO -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2020-10-16 03:56:05 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- inquiries/enquiries recieved and processed -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2020-10-16 03:57:24 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- just to complete the full idea -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 5 hrs (2020-10-16 04:25:06 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- and lateral thinking in play here |

monthly queries/query report Explanation: Although I only found 2 references for "monthly queries report" online, a similar search for "monthly query report" gets over 300, which still isn't many. "A monthly report must be kept of the queries and solutions or cases pending resolution for the clients (or community) visiting the office." -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs (2020-10-16 06:48:10 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "Enquiry/inquiry" sound very formal to me. "Query" it shorter, and it's a more neutral term used, for example, in e-billing software to cover "Reclamos, quejas, consultas." By this, I mean it's slightly more euphemistic than "complaints/claims". -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 18 hrs (2020-10-16 17:48:17 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- NB: I think Bruno's suggestion could work as well, Example sentence(s):
