policías, bomberos, AGENTES DE CUSTODIA, trabajadores de las centrales generatrices,
empleados de talleres, grueros entre otros, la licencia de accidentes que fue congelada con
la aprobación en el 2014 de la ley 66, Ley Especial de Sostenibilidad Fiscal y Operacional del
Gobierno.

As you can see, these "agentes de custodia" are not escrow agents. Any idea what they are?
