De modo tal que correspondería al empleador que quiere destruir esa presunción demostrar que la causa del servicio no fue un contrato de trabajo, sino una relación distinta. Desde luego, esa presunción de laboralidad se levanta bajo un cúmulo de indicios –la teoría del haz de indicios– que por primera vez en la historia de la legislación internacional del trabajo la OIT sistematizó en una norma internacional del trabajo: la Recomendación núm. 198.

I could not find any reference to 'theory of body/burden of evidence'. However, there is a 'theory of burden of proof' based on a burden of evidence. So you could use 'body of evidence' in the first occurrence of "indicios" and 'theory of burden of proof' in the second occurrence.

neutral  Robert Carter: Hi Muriel. It could well mean "body of evidence", but it has nothing to do with "burden of proof" as far as I can see, which is a different concept entirely (carga de prueba). Not sure why you've conflated the two.
