English translation:(its) accounts are deposited/archived/registered
Explanation:
There are several options, both for the terms "deposita sus cuentas" and "Registro Mercantil ". We also have the choice of passive or active voice.

One version might be: "XXX, (the) parent company, was incorporated as a Limited Partnership on September 29, 2008. The head office is registered at xxx, Madrid and the company accounts are deposited/archived/registered with/in the Commercial/Trade/Companies' Register of XXX.

For some reason, I appear to have used a passive construction in my example. Perhaps I think it looks more formal that way, but it wasn't really a conscious decision, that's just the way it came out.

Pax Tony. "register/registry" seem to be pretty much interchangeable.
Cf. "Mercantile Register of Madrid"...

files its accounts

Explanation:
at the Trade (company + partnership/ none in the UK post-the Registry of Business Names + sole trades + EU Economic Interest Groupings) Registry.

Accounts must be contables - rather than bancarias.

The ST wording is slightly ambiguous suggesting - as it does - depositing money etc. on bank or building society (caja de ahorros vs. a construction company).

But we - who had done personal vs. online company searches in London and Madrid up to 50 years ago and have been directors of family companies ourselves hounded by the E&W Companies House every few years to file a return - might be sure that this about the filing of the annual return and a/cs.

-> Gracias and thanks! I didn't query your permutations and combinations that may well be valid at Companies House in Scotland with which you may have a connection. Alas, I left the Scots law chapters out of my undergrad English Company Law textbook.

agree  Toni Castano: I prefer "Registry" for "Registro Mercantil" (place/office) instead of "Register". // Pax, pax, Neil :-) I´m sure they both work interchangeably, noted, thanks.
