crujientes

Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Cooking / Culinary / MENU FROM A RESTAURANT

¿Alguna sugerencia?

Gracias!

I’ve seen several recipes for scallops with crackling

Or instead of cracklings, you could say “brown bits”

-> Maybe not..but the one recipe I posted was for ceviche with cracklings

neutral  Carol Gullidge: this COULD be right or it could be totally wrong. I'd want to know the nationality and experience of the person who translated the menu you refer to...

neutral  Elizabeth Hancock: crackling is usually the crispy skin of some kind of meat, particularly pork. In the general sense for 'crujiente' I would use 'crisp'
