Presidential Round Table Explanation: Seems to works in both instances of a committee and meetings of such cf. mesa de partes in Lat. Am. / Peruvian courts as a 'filing desk' - West - or Registry Office Inwards. Presidential as an adjective is to dodge the Chairman's vs. Chairwoman's vs. Chair at the Round Table: to quote one late SPA/Am. ENG translator who had been appointed 'Chair of the Bloomsbury Medical Group' in London - I am not a 'chair' but real person.
