• Proceso de verificación de costos y demostración de alcanzar la “relación calidad / precio”.

Este proceso se hace de manera diaria y fundamentalmente se comprueba en el cierre administrativo – contable – financiero, de fin de mes de cada uno de los proyectos y de la empresa en general, en donde participa el líder técnico de obra, los directores de casa matriz y el CEO de la empresa como principal representante del empleador, puntualmente en este caso los cierres de facturación y elaboración de planillas fueron hasta el 25 de cada mes, cerrando contablemente y en costos hasta el 10 del mes siguiente. Con este particular se cumple a cabalidad nuestro sistema de Gestión de Calidad a través de nuestra certificación en procesos ISO 9001, lo que garantizó el cumplimiento en plazo, alcance y la calidad exigida en el producto motivo del contrato.
