Spanish term (edited):
domiciliación del importe a ingresar
place for payment-in of the amount
Despite the official /mis-/translation, a direct debit or standing vs. banker's order seems a mighty odd choice for a one-off payment.
This is also borne out by the text quoted that refers to ingresar and not pagar.

Standing order for amount payable
An option.
A standing order (AKA direct debit) is an automated method of making payments, where a person or business instructs their bank to pay another person or business a fixed amount of money at regular (fixed) intervals.

Note added at 1 day 21 hrs (2020-12-21 11:22:57 GMT)

NB: Having said that, if it turns out to be a one-off payment, then "direct debit" would be a more accurate translation, as "standing order" usually refers to repeated payments.
