double nappy/double diaper Explanation: Ili 'širok povoj'. Sistem gde se bebi stave dve pelene, jedna preko druge (obično 'Pampers' pa preko tzv. 'švedska'/platnena pelena, jer se smatra da se na taj način bebini kukovi fiksiraju u 'pravilnom' položaju, barem dok se ultrazvukom ne eliminiše prisustvo nestabilnih kukova (displazija). U Srbiji pedijatri ovo i dalje preporučuju, na zapadu se uglavnom NE preporučuje i smatra se prevaziđenim.
