neutral  Natasa Stankovic: To ne samo po nazivu, već i u suštini („substance“), nikako nije „employment“ (tj. zaposlenje, radni odnos) - v. discussion. Uzgred, to i iz prakse dobro znam i to (nažalost) na svog osnovu ličnog iskustava ;-)
