Над порогом ситуативной необходимости − тенденция субъекта к прагматически немотивированному/бескорыстному риску, выход за рамки требований ситуации с подавлением личных адаптивных интересов. Т.е., как я понимаю, надситуативная активность, о которой здесь идет речь, это − когда человек действует (goes the extra mile) в ущерб своим интересам (например, своему времени, здоровью) без какого-либо прагматического умысла/«пряника», движимый альтруизмом.

В книге Jaan Valsiner Developmental Psychology in the Soviet Union (1988) дается такое определение термину «надситуативная активность» В.А. Петровского:
"The idea of suprasituative activity stems from Petrovskii' s experimental work on pragmatically unmotivated risk-taking by subjects in experimental situations (Petrovskii, 1975). Thanks to you and to Frank for your research on the context for this term. Your phrase "goes the extra mile" is similar to what I had guessed, and sounds more like English than all the thresholds. That said, Frank is right that this is stilted scientific verbiage.

  -> At the least, we have the translations of the authors themselves. It is a stilted scientific language, so all is possible. There are thresholds of pain, hearing, etc. I would say the minimum level.
