Im Oktober 1940 folgte nach drei Monaten Bauzeit eine 324 m lange hölzerne Dauerbehelfsbrücke. Diese wies für die Schifffahrt eine Fachwerkkonstruktion mit 50 m Stützweite und 7 m Höhe auf. Die restlichen Felder spannten 20 m weit. Im Juni 1942 war schließlich die Straßenbrücke wiederaufgebaut
