Der ganze Satz lautet: "Totuşi, există situaţii în care nu poate fi acceptată similaritatea în absenţa unui asemenea studiu; este vorba în primul rând de medicamentele cu indice terapeutic îngust, cum ar fi digitalicele sau formulările cu ciclosporină destinate pacienţilor care au suferit o intervenţie de transplanta de organ etc."

Anscheinend hat das Wort hier den Sinn von Zusammensetzung. Was würden Sie vorschlagen?
