This is in the section of the notes after the small boy's personal and family medical history. The paragraph heading is:

EXAMEN GENERAL:

"....constienta pastrata, T 131cm (p10), G 21 kg(< -5), PC 50.5 cm (p25-50), echilibrat respirator,"

I just want to check the initial letters here. Am I correct to say that "T" is some sort of body length measurement, "G" is weight (grams?), and "PC"??? I think I am not correct here?
