harvesting the flap Explanation: e nevoie, însă, de mai mult context.. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs (2019-06-21 19:58:52 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- https://revistasrd.ro/includes/files/articles/211-220o_ro_13... 2. rotaþie – se croiesc adiacent defectului, având o formã de semicerc, iar dupã decolarea lor se transpun la nivelul zonei de acoperit. Defectul de reconstruit trebuie sã aibã o formã aproximativ triunghiularã. rotation flaps- these flaps are taken from an area adjacent to the defect and its shape is a semicircle. After the harvest we translate them to the defect by a motion of rotation. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs (2019-06-21 20:00:02 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- 3. transpoziþie –lamboul poate avea forme diverse (cel mai des rectangular), una dintre laturi fiind adiacentã defectului, iar dupã decolare se translateazã la nivelul zonei de acoperit printr-un proces asociat de rotaþieavansare. La nivel nazal se pot utiliza multe lambouri de transpoziþie (nazogenian- cel mai frecvent, lamboul bilobat, lambourile rombice Limberg ºi Dufourmontel). 3. transposition flaps- these flaps can take various forms (most often rectangular), one side being adjacent to the defect, and after harvesting the flap translates through a process associated with rotation-advancement. On the nose we can use many of transposition flaps (nasogenianmost commonly, the bilobed flaps, rhombic flaps: Limberg and Dufourmontel). -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs (2019-06-21 20:03:54 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- http://www.clujulmedical.umfcluj.ro/2-2010/15a - capota - la... Objectives. This study represents the experience of Cluj Napoca Plastic Surgery Clinic in soft tissue elbow coverage by the use of local and regional perforator flaps harvested from the forearm, a relative new method of reconstruction with some unchallenged advantages. Patients and methods. This study includes 9 patients admitted between October 2003 and August 2008 in Plastic Surgery Department of the Clinical Hospital of Rehabilitation, having elbow soft tissue defects after trauma or after excision, solved by local or regional perforator flaps. The flaps were harvested without preoperative Doppler investigation, but by the use of meticulous microvascular dissection. Controlled elbow joint motion started 72 hours after surgery, when associated lesions allowed it. Results. Flaps survival was 100%. Superficial partial necrosis was noticed in 2 cases. Functional rehabilitation was achieved for all the cases. Conclusions. For elbow soft tissue coverage, the use of local or regional perforator flaps harvested from the forearm could be a good reconstructive option, with many advantages as: they bring tissue with the same color, thickness, elasticity; ... .. . |
