Claro que caracteriza a una mujer que es una facilona (fácil con los hombres) pero en español también se puede entender con una traducción más literal. Por lo que traducir el término como "ofrecida" puede ser correcto. "buscona" enfatiza, por su parte, a una mujer que busca y se ofrece a un hombre. Aunque si el contexto lo permite puede incluso ser traducido como "zorra. Evidentemente el término es denigrante.
