Im Satz:
'O vinho foi fermentado sem controle de temperatura em balseiro novo de carvalho durante duas semanas com trabalho manual da "massa" diário, por forma a introduzir a "manta" no vinho /mosto em fermentação.'
Bei dieser Frage wäre ich für Ideen zum Begriff "massa" dankbar, da mir "Trester" nicht so recht zu passen scheint. Das Wort "manta" folgt umgehend in der nächste Frage.

in diesem Zustand handelt es sich doch noch um Most. Im gleichen Satz heisst es ja weiter: "...a "manta" no vinho /mosto em fermentação"
