Dieser Begriff taucht in einem Arbeitsvertrag, der zwischen einer Klinik und einem Arzt geschlossen wird, auf.

Kontext:
Ficará ao cargo do Hospital contratante a manutenção de um seguro laboral ao obreiro contratado durante o período de vigência do contrato em tela.

Da er Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld erhält, wird sein Arnbeitsverhältnis verglichen mit dem eines " trabalhador avulso".

Als "trabalhador avulso" gilt "o trabalhador que presta serviço a várias empresas, mas é contratado por sindicatos e órgãos gestores de mão-de-obra", so dass das Vertragsverhältnis meinem Verständnis nach vergleichbar mit dem eines Leiharbeiters ist. Oder seht Ihr das anders?

Daher vermute ich dass hier die "Berufshaftpflichtversicherung" gemeint ist.
