Klingt seltsam, ich verstehe es so, dass der Stromanschluss (Übergabepunkt) für das Grundstück auch oberhalb irgendeines "Schutzes vor Wasser" liegen darf und darunter stelle ich mir ein Vordach oder Ähnliches vor.

geht es nicht um einen wasserhahn.
nur über dem hahn ist es erlaubt einen stromanschluss zu instalieren.
