redial/calls in a row Explanation: You're mostly right, "não realize ligações em sequência com o mesmo número para o banco" would translate to "do not redial [or "avoid redialing"] the bank on the same number multiple times in a row", could also be simply along the lines of "refrain from calling the bank multiple times in a row using the same number". The reason they used "ligações em sequência" instead of "rediscagem" could simply be because the latter refers to phones with rotary dials, where you would "disk" the number on the device, instead of pressing buttons. Futhermore, the word "remarcação" is used in the same sense as the previous "rediscagem", but it is also not that common. Example sentence(s):
