Hi,

Would somebody be able to help me decipher this phrase?

The spelling errors mean that I am not 100% sure what they are trying to say.

This comes from a customer satisfaction survey for a gas supplier.

It is from Brazil to be translated into UK English.

The question asked was: "Finally, do you have any additional comments to make regarding your experience with [business]?"

The full answer was: "Sim presiza de tequinico estou a disposição o [employee's name] me conhece"

I was wondering if it was supposed to say "Se precisa de tecnico, estou a disposição" as in "if you need a technician, I am available".

Or whether it should be "Sim, preciso de tecnico, estou a disposição" as in "Yes, I need a technician, I look forward to hearing from you".
